Some of Our Success Stories
High Availability in a Virtualised Infrastructure with MRICT
Ree-vie provided infrastructure design services in partnership with MRICT, a leading IT consultancy in York. Our consultants designed a robust switched network solution to
one of MRICT's premium customers for a virtualisation project.
The switched network features high performance with Cisco's 3750 stacked switches in the core. Supporting management, client, and iSCSI storage traffic, the network was designed
using VLANs to separate the traffic for efficiency and security. With redundancy built into every aspect of the solution, the infrastructure can survive multiple failures in any of the components
including the power supply, network and operating system.
An E-Commerce Solution for The Chalet Experience
The Chalet Experience is a successful Chalet Operator in France who wanted to expand their operations into online advertising. Ree-vie were pleased to
be approached to design and develop their new E-Commerce platform. We were engaged to ensure that the solution was well aligned with The Chalet Experience's business goals
and to ensure that the project was delivered on time and within budget.
WLAN Design for a Superyacht
Ree-vie was delighted to work in partnership with OceanWeb, a leading marine IT and communications company. We were engaged for this particular project to
design a wireless LAN for a 52m Superyacht, along with the supporting switched network.
The WLAN provides multiple SSIDs for Crew, Guests and AV equipment connectivity which all have different access policies on the network. This design
features a WLAN Controller, providing fast roaming to client devices, and allowing the Captain to easily change the passwords as the access points are deployed
using Cisco's LWAPP.
